Analysis of the information and communication process structure of a Medtech platform to improve the performance of its business process

This Bachelor's work is based on weekly meetings within a platform including several production sites of an international Medtech.

The objective and mission of this platform are to reinforce and improve the execution of the sites that are part of it. It is composed of several thousand members led by a steering committee. This committee is divided into three parts. It is led by a vice president, nine site managers, and seven support staff.

The members of the platform use many digital communication tools to transmit various data during these meetings. Due to the youth of this platform, its committee wants to understand if its communication process for these weekly meetings is still optimal and seeks to improve it.

The study focuses on the communication process of the weekly platform meetings including site managers and cross-functional areas.

The goal is to improve the flow of information to improve the overall satisfaction of site leaders with these meetings.
